Meet Yash Mukand,
Founder of Five Elements — but also a seeker, just like you once were.
Years ago, Yash was stuck in a corporate loop. Long shifts. Constant stress. A body that was breaking down. A mind that felt numb. A life that lacked alignment.

“I was working endlessly, completely drained — stressed, depressed, and disconnected. I knew something had to change. So I walked away from the noise and walked toward myself.”

That turning point led him down a path of immersive healing — through Yoga (RYT 500, Yoga Alliance USA), a Master’s in Psychology, NLP, CBT, Meditation, and finally, the transformative power of sound. He changed his name from Atul to Yash, which means success — not just professionally, but personally, spiritually, and emotionally.
Today, he brings that same transformation to others — not just through tools, but through personal mentorship, lived experience, and deep listening.

“My path to self transformation was never easy but my life journey connected me with with amazing people from all over the world and help me to assist my clients in bringing positive changes in their life. Now, I am in a much better place. I follow my heart calling that allows me to have a better work-life balance, and I have access to the resources and support. I need to manage my stress and mental health. I share this story with you to emphasize that we all need to take care of ourselves. Sometimes it’s hard to step back and realize that your job is affecting your health and well-being, but it’s important to make that decision for yourself, before it’s too late.”
