Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Deliveries are handled through reliable courier partners and usually arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location
For urgent requirements, express or priority shipping can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp. Customers are requested to remain available to receive communication and delivery calls from the courier partner to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Please note that Five Elements shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or mishandling of the product after successful delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery of the singing bowl set. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
We kindly request customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package and share it with us via WhatsApp. This is required for verification purposes in case of transit damage, quality concerns, exchange requests, or return claims.
Shipping charges, including both delivery and return courier costs, are non-refundable and are not included under the return process.
After the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection by our team. Customers will then be informed regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
Please note that refunds are not processed immediately. As per our policy, approved refunds are completed within 7–10 business days and are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the issue is caused by a defective product, transit damage, or an error from our side.

You can learn online we have online recorded course along with online sessions every week. Yes, it is certified from yoga alliance USA and from CMA UK if you are not from India we give CMA certificate which makes you valid practitioner for Europe and USA.
Are 3 days enough for advance course healing ?
Yes however you can practice the techniques learned you can also assist us after the course in our sessions or redo the course again ?
Do you have personalized trainings ?

Do I need music knowledge for this
No it is not required
I have done 2 days program already how different in this
Unlike other institute we give you full knowledge and description of sound healing after this course u can do group sound baths, and therapy sessions.
